Metamorphosis week 2 -
Release
Clean the deep waters
What if what was holding you back wasn't a lack of willpower, but a memory stuck in your body?
In our grief, our repetitive patterns, our sabotages, there are often old, undigested wounds.
This week, I invite you to dive into the heart of your truth, where your story has left its mark.
Not to lose yourself in it, but to free yourself from it gently and consciously.
It is a week of care, courage and reconciliation with yourself.
A key step to finally circulate life energy throughout your being.

Your journey in Hypnotherapy begins...
This week, we're still not talking about personal development on the surface.
We go where it still hurts a little, where the inner child is still waiting for us to come and get her .
This week is a time of repair, of closure, of reunion.
You will begin to release what has remained frozen within you: undigested emotions, limiting beliefs, old stories transmitted or inherited.
This work is not done by force but by presence, support, security.
You don't need to become someone else.
You just need to remember who you are , beneath the layers of old grief, fear, unconscious loyalty, or protectiveness. This process isn't an upward flight; it's a grounded, courageous descent into your foundations . And that's where true liberation begins.
And above all, there are no stakes, no pressure: it's a process of exploration that begins here, and which will continue throughout the program, at your own pace.
Metamorphosis does not require violence to be accomplished.
It can be born in the gentleness, in the safe space you give yourself, and leave your being with this deep feeling of completeness.
We will mainly work with two approaches that I use daily in my practice: the 4F Method designed by psychotherapist Ayla Misirli and Ericksonian hypnosis.
These are powerful, subtle tools, deeply respectful of your inner world.
They don't impose anything, they don't force anything: they accompany with intelligence, delicacy and efficiency.
I chose them because they transformed my own life, and because they provide a safe, secure framework to enable true, deep liberation.
You are in good hands.
Sacred Yoga Chants - Support for your transformation process
Kali and Durga are two powerful faces of the Divine Mother .
They come to accompany us in moments of inner transformation—when we need strength and clarity to navigate what is difficult to look at within ourselves.
They judge nothing. They welcome everything. And they cut off what no longer has a place with love and power.
This week, as we descend into the deep waters of our being, to cleanse the ancient sediments of pain , fears and conditioning… we need a secure anchor.
We need strong, unconditional love. This is exactly what Kali and Durga represent.
Durga is the gentle and powerful protector, Kali is the cleanser of falsehood, the liberator of chains.
Ritual moment:
Before singing, take a moment to set your intention: that the Divine Mother assist you in this process of purification, that she envelop you in her strength, her grace, and her unwavering love.
Place your hands on your heart or on your belly, and feel his presence.
You can sing along, or just listen. It's not about singing in tune, it's about singing true.
Or simply let the song infuse your body, your heart, your inner water.
This moment is important. Let the vibration flow through you. Let it nourish you.
Prayer is already within you.
The chant means, "I salute again and again Kali and Durga, mothers of power and joy," and in the repetition of their names unfolds a powerful vibration, connecting us to a source of immense, unconditional, yet radical and transformative love.
